ART
REQUIREMENTS & PRESENTATIONS
Where
creativity and quality begins! Art is positively the most important
part of the process in production of our products. Please make
sure your art is complete and specifications are noted clearly.
FORMAT:
E-mail or Macintosh-formatted disk in:
Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or lower • EPS editable format •
100 MB Zip Disk (for larger files). Include a printed copy of
your art with instructions.
Make note of PMS colors to be used even if shown on art! Changes
to art provided may add charges to your order.
NO
DISK:
Provide laser-printed line art in black and white. Two copies
must be included: one clean, one indicating PMS color placement.
FAXED
ARTWORK:
We cannot guarantee quality in detail when working with faxed
artwork. If it is necessary to “clean up” faxed art
work, costs will be charged by the hour and added to the order
total.
NO
ART:
We can create black and white art of one to two simple designs
for $50.00 (P). Presentation quality (one full-color design in
presentation folder): $100.00 (P).
ART
CHARGES:
For additions or changes to the above descriptions, ADD $100.00
(P) per hour.
ALL
NEW ORDERS OR CHANGES TO ORDER:
A layout will be faxed or emailed for your approval. The order
will be placed on hold until written approval is received. We
show all designs based on size requested and suggested, which
do not always match!
MISSING
INSTRUCTIONS/FILES:
HarBurn Enterprises is not responsible for lost or missing files
or instructions.
