INFORMATION
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
Hand-written or phone orders are not accepted as confirmed orders.
Please fax, mail or E-mail confirmation. Acknowledgments are faxed
for every order entered. Customer must review the acknowledgment
upon receipt and ensure that all products are correctly described
and ordered. Check color, spelling, size, cost, etc. Orders are
placed into production within five (5) workings days of art/order
approval. NO cancellations will be accepted without charge after
five (5) days. Contact your account representative with any corrections
or special order requests.

ARTWORK:
A very important detail in ordering our products! Click
here for detailed information of our requirements when providing
artwork. Artwork is returned at the customers request.
Artwork created by HarBurn Enterprises is for the use of our products
only.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/CHANGES:
Due to custom work on all products, canceled or changed orders
during production will be invoiced for ANY AND ALL expenses incurred
to that point. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED without prior notification
and approval.
CATALOGS
AND RANDOM SAMPLES: Reasonable quantities of catalogs
and random samples will be provided at no charge. The client IS
responsible for shipping charges if express service is requested.
CATALOG
IMPRINTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS SHOWN: Imprints, logos and
trademarks shown in any pictures within the catalog are for the
purpose of showing capabilities and products produced. These products
are not for use in endorsement or for resale.
CONSECUTIVE
NUMBERS: Consecutive numbers are available die-struck
onto the back side of emblematic jewelry-die struck, hard epoxy
resins, classic cloisonné and soft enamel. ADDITIONAL COST
$ .40 (P) PER PIECE.

CARD CHARGES: Please contact your account representative.
CREDIT
MEMOS: For all orders requiring credit, a credit memo
is applied as a credit to the customer's account to be applied
toward future orders.

DESIGN:
HarBurn Enterprises strives to produce the very best in layout
and design for your custom product. Our suggestions are based
on years of experience working with these products. HarBurn does
not accept responsibility for products that are unappealing or
inappropriate.
DIE
CHARGES: A die charge will be applied for the creation
of emblematic jewelry and Softeez This does not constitute
ownership. All lettering and year changes on lapel pins/medallions/Softeez
require a new die. A die is kept at our factory for reuse only
by HarBurn Enterprises and our specified customer. Dies over 5
years old must be completely remade and will be charged as a new
die.
DROP
SHIPMENTS: Orders shipped to more than one destination
will be charged an additional $6.00 (P) handling charge plus normal
shipping charges.
LARGE/SMALL
QUANTITIES: For larger or smaller quantities than those
shown, please contact your account representative for availability
and prices.
OVER-RUNS/UNDER-RUNS:
While every effort is made to produce the exact quantity requested,
ALL products are subject to a 10% over/under run charge and will
be billed accordingly.
PACKAGING:
Lapel pins, Softeez, key rings are packaged in clear individual
poly bags. Emblems are packaged 25-50 per pack. As some items
are imported, each piece is marked by country of origin by U.S.
Customs rulings. Special packaging and products are available;
contact your account representative for details. Also,
refer to our packaging details.
PAPER
PROOF: A paper proof will be faxed/E-mailed for approval
on all new orders and order changes. Orders remain on hold until
a signed approval is received.
PRE-PRODUCTION
SAMPLES: For all products, add approximately 2-3 weeks
to production time for pre-production samples. For lapel pins,

here . For emblems, the charge for samples will vary with
the size of the emblem; contact your account representative for
pricing.
PRICES:
All prices shown are effective as of January 1, 2005. PRICES ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Special quotations are available
for quantities not listed. Price change does not constitute credit
memo or refund.
REORDERS:
For emblematic jewelry only: no die charge for exact re-orders
of items purchased within 5 years. Beyond the 5-year period, new
dies at corrected costs are required and charged.
USA screened lapel pins require an additional set-up charge; see
USA screened page.
RUSH
ORDERS:
USA screened pins: 10-14 day delivery is available with
prior approval and correct art submitted. Approved rush lapel
pin orders require a $150.00 (P) rush charge.
Import lapel pins: rush orders are available; contact your
account representative for additional rush charge.
Emblems: 15-20 day delivery is available with prior approval
and correct art submitted. Approved rush emblem orders require
an additional 60% (P) charge.
SHIPPING:
Products are normally shipped by regular UPS, unless otherwise
requested. For COD shipments, ADD $12.00 (P) plus normal shipment
costs. Shipping costs include shipping, handling and insurance.
All orders requiring specific in-hand dates will be shipped as
necessary at the customer's expense. HarBurn is not responsible
for carrier delays OR carrier error.

TAPE
CHARGES: A tape charge will be applied for the creation
of embroidered emblems for quantities of under 49 pieces; regular
orders of 50 pieces or more will not incur this charge. Embroidery
tapes are kept at our factory for reuse only by HarBurn Enterprises
and our specified customer. PAYMENT OF THIS TAPE CHARGE DOES NOT
CONSTITUTE OWNERSHIP.
TERMS:
Net 30 days from invoice date for all approved customers.
Initial orders for new customers without prior approval will be
shipped COD or require payment in advance. VISA/MASTERCARD charge
is possible; contact your account representative. LATE PAYMENTS
WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 1.5% INTEREST CHARGE.
TOTAL
MINIMUM ORDER: $100.00 (P).
TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT:
HarBurn requires that customers carry authorization to use trademarks
in reproduction of such items. We assume NO liability in trademark/copyright
disputes. IMPORTATIONS OF SUCH ITEMS ARE MONITORED. When trade
copy is used, the customer must provide a letter of approval to
HarBurn Enterprises prior to order completion.
