SIZE: Emblem prices are based on:

Size: Length + width, divided by 2.
Quantity
Percentage of embroidery
Lettering should be 1/4” height to ensure quality embroidering.
Consider the correct size for layout and lettering.

DESIGN MAKE-UP:

Background: Twill material or 100% embroidery.
Percentage of embroidery: Calculations are based on the percentage of the entire design that is covered by actual embroidery.
Border: Merrowed for standard shapes (most commonly used).
Laser-cut for contour designs; gives the effect of direct embroidery.
Backing: Plastic for stability (used for larger emblems).
Heat seal for adhering, 2”-31/2” $.20 (P) • 4” -5” $.30(P)
Pressure sensitive (for temporary application): generally used on small appliqués.
Clutch back: $3.00 (P) for set of 3.
Magnet Pocket back: $11.00 (P)

COLOR: Contrast and compliment are the key elements for a successful result.

Thread Colors: Chosen for the CLOSEST POSSIBLE match to PMS colors provided.
Gold or silver metallic thread: ADD 30% (P) each emblem.
All-purpose color-fast thread: ADD $ .10 (P) each emblem.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: When being proactive is necessary, add a pre-production sample to your order for a minimum charge of approximately $200.00 (P). This will enable you to sleep nights knowing your choices will be positively perfect.
Sample emblem costs will vary by size and complexity of design; please contact your account representative for details.
Allow an additional 2-3 weeks for pre-production time.
E-mail pre-production sample available in 1-2 weeks; shows actual design and color via E-mail!

PRODUCTION TIME:

Standard: 4-5 weeks.
Limited Rush Service: 10-14 days, available for special events.
Rush Orders: Correct layout and colors must be supplied and approved with your account representative.
Order will be in production immediately upon this approval in order to meet your date.
ANY alterations made after the order is placed will be the customer's responsibility and charged as such.
Rush charge determined by quantity, size, embroidery and requested rush date.
Specific In-Hand Dates: Order will be shipped as necessary at the customer's expense.
