Hard Epoxy Resin: Rich quality appearance utilizing PMS colors.

SIZE: Size preference should always be determined by the reduction of art to actual size of finished pin. This will help determine how the detail will be affected. Size is measured by longest dimension.

PLATING: Choices include: gold, nickel, copper and black nickel plate. Great addition: an antique finish will highlight design detail with an exceptional effect.

COLOR: Contrast and compliment are keys to a successful result. Darker colors compliment and contrast with gold and nickel finishes.
PMS colors can be used as a general guide for all pins with the exception of Classic Cloisonné, which has its own unique color selection.
PMS colors will be matched as closely as possible. Exact match NOT guaranteed.

SHAPE: Create a special shape that coordinates with your design. Designs with cut-out areas require additional tooling. Consult your account representative for further details. For designs with pierced (cutout) areas, ADD $30.00 (P) each to the die charge per piercing.

QUANTITY: Lower quantities don’t upset us! Higher quantities excite us! Either way, below minimum or over maximum catalog listing, contact your account representative for a special price.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES: When being proactive is necessary, add a pre-production sample to your order for a minimum charge based on pin type plus the die charge. Reference the desired pin type for cost. This enables you to sleep at night knowing your choice will be positively perfect.

PRODUCTION TIMES: Standard: 4-5 weeks. Pre-production sample: ADD 2-3 weeks. Limited RUSH Service available for special events. Contact your account representative for delivery confirmation.
